Working conditions at Austrian universities

In 2021 the Austrian “turquois-green” government enacted a reform of the University Law.

§ 109 excludes me (and many others who have been working in fixed-term contracts for more than 8 years) lifelong from any further fixed-term employment at the University of Vienna. (Around 80% of the academic staff works in fixed-term contracts!)
